Introduction for specific cases:
1. If you buy products (pay for all of them) so that are your own products. Means that you should attache that products to you.
2. If you get products from a vendor and pay it only after you sale product - they are Vendors products. Means that you should attache that to appropriate vendor.
You need to create Customer only if you provide products to the customer who will pay you only after the product will sale.
