Marseille jazz des cinq continents is a magical summer festival showing an opened happy and inspired jazz in some of the most iconic places in the city. Every year, we try to make a rich programming involving artists from all over the world. Sonny Rollins, Ibrahim Maalouf, Caetano Veloso and Gilberto Gil, Diana Krall, Herbie Hancock, Wynton Marsalis among some other great names ; and young ones too as Tigran Hamasyan, Esperanza Spaldinf, Ester Rada, Jacob Collier performed on our stage since it was created in 2000. There are also conferences, master-classes, exhibitions, film projection and more concerts all around the city from June to August to take away Marseille in jazz universe.
