Nursing Mentors-NHM,MP

The main objectives of this application is to capture visit related by Nursing Mentors at the deliver points, timely payment to nursing mentors for their visits, capturing data of the visits in a format which allows useful pattern analysis & facilitates decisions for the improvement of the services. The system has two parts
a) Mobile app for the MHTs
b) Web Panel for monitoring and evaluation.
The web panel is a role based system with specific features and roles for the MH Consultant, DHO1 & the State office. The main features/functions of the system are:

Capturing the indicators in a useful format via mobile app
2)
Capturing the lat/long and time of the visits by Nursing Mentors.
3)
Timely payment to nursing Mentors for their visits.
4)
Highlight the problem areas and scope for improvement at the facility as well as the Mentoring process.
