What is The Blue Light?
The human eye can sense electromagnetic waves between 380-780 nm. The blue light is composed of the components between 380-500 nm and has the highest energy of light that we can see. It is also produced by non-natural light sources (electronic devices) other than the Sun.
Damages of The Blue Light
