The History of COP is very important because it brings deeper meaning to the study of Pentecostalism in Ghana, it contains the origin of the Christ International Church, the Apostolic Ghana, African indigenous churches (Spiritual Churches) and the Spring out of the Charismatic Ministries beginning with the Action Faith Chapel and the International Central Gospel Church.
