Aplikasi ini digunakan untuk melakukan pemilihan Formatur IPM SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman - Sidoarjo baik tingkat Tsanawiyah ataupun tingkat Aliyah.
Panitia Musyawarah Ranting (Musyran) telah menetapkan calon formatur berjumlah 11 calon. Adapun 1 siswa memilih 9 calon dari 11 calon tersebut.
Untuk melakukan pemilihan setiap siswa/anggota IPM diberikan kartu akun yang berisi Nama Lengkap dan Kode Akun agar dapat login dan melakukan pemilihan. Satu akun hanya bisa digunakan 1 kali pemilihan.
Dengan menggunakan E-voting ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dan menghemat waktu dalam proses pelaksanaan pemilihan khususnya tahap pemungutan dan perhitungan suara baik dari smartphone ataupun Laptop/PC .
Proses yang dilakukan panitia adalah:
⏩ Panitia memasukan data calon dan data pemilih ke dalam sistem, menentukan berapa calon yang harus diplilih dan menetapkan jadwal pemilihan.
⏩ Panitia membagikan kartu akun ke masing-masing pemilih berupa nama dan kode akun.
⏩ Memulai proses pemilihan, panitia bisa memanfaatkan lab komputer jika menggunakan PC, atau siswa dapat mendowload aplikasi ini untuk melakukan pemilihan di smartphone.
⏩ Saat pemilihan berlangsung, hasil perolehan suara sudah dapat disaksikan bersama dengan melihat grafik di proyektor ataupun di aplikasi masing-masing.
