تطبيق قرطاج التفاعلي هو نظام تعليمي ملهم وبسيط، يتيح استخدام دروس إلكترونية ممنهجة تحتوي على ألعاب وتمارين وقصص قصيرة وفيديوهات وأناشيد وغيرها، يقوم الطالب باستعراضها والتفاعل معها بالشكل والتسلسل الذي يحدده المعلم.
