Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj had a control of more than 300 forts in his kingdom. Many of them strategically placed forts to create a chain, stretched over a thousand kms across the rugged crest of the Western Ghats. Our aim is to provide this information to all trekkers so that they explore this beautiful landscape.
