PumpPump! provides behavioural support to help users manage chronic conditions through Exercise Prescription and AI Health Coaching.
PumpPump! provides tailored exercise prescriptions and advice to help you reach your fitness goals and improve/prevent chronic conditions. Following guidelines of American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), PumpPump! prescribes each user exercise based on your own individual profile and gives you quality and personalised exercise coaching.
Whether you suffer from high cholesterol, diabetes, or hypertension, PumpPump!’s tailored workout plans will coach you through the 12-week exercise cycles, advising you on the frequency, intensity, type and time of your exercise to help you improve your physical health.
PumpPump! is perfect if you’ve been prescribed exercise by your doctor to improve or prevent chronic conditions as it allows you to log your vitals and heart rate as exercise intensity, making it easy for you and your doctor to follow how exercise improves your overall health.
You will need to have a heart rate monitor (bluetooth) to connect with PumpPump! mobile app if you wish to measure your exercise intensity based on heart rate. Or you can just go ahead to run or walk with your iPhone installed with PumpPump! mobile app so PumpPump! can measure your exercise intensity based on your steps every minute.
To help you and your doctor gain insight into how exercise helps you improve the conditions, you are encouraged to log the vitals in health statistics.
If any subscription is available for purchase, your subscription will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
