Laser obstacles with switches to toggle them off
Level with falling spikes has been added

"Unlock this Level" button has been added to each level to skip it and to unlock the next one (just for preview/debugging)
Android apk, IOS Xcode project, CocoonJS file, HTML5 files, have been updated to the latest version
